Returns

We want you to shop with peace of mind. If you're not satisfied with a product, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive it to return it — without having to justify the reason.

How it works

Write to us indicating your order number and the product you wish to return. We will confirm the shipping address and, once we receive the item in its original condition (unused, with its packaging), we will process the refund within a maximum of 5 business days to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If it arrives damaged or incorrect

This is 100% our responsibility: we cover the return cost and send you a replacement or refund without any additional charge. Send a photo of the product and the box as soon as you notice it — the sooner you contact us, the sooner we'll resolve it.

What this policy does not cover

Customized products or products used beyond what is reasonable to verify their proper functioning.

Warranty

In addition to the right of return, any manufacturing defect detected within the first 6 months will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at no cost.
